Just played 3 games of ridiculously intense dodgeball against the YMCA kids of Clinton, Iowa. They have practices 3 times a week. It was impressive. We had tons of fun though. I think i laughed for 2 straight hours. And we had 97 miles of biking today, so they totally had an enegy advantage!
Other than dodgeball, we crossed the Mississippi river into Iowa at mile 90 today! I got 2 flats, which sucked, but I'm getting really good at changing them!
